This cute 3 bedroom home in Virginia Village was purchased as a distressed property. It had not been updated since the 1980's. We cleaned up the outside and put new siding, paint and a front porch to maximize curb appeal. On the inside we expanded the kitchen into one of the bedrooms in order to create a more spacious and functional kitchen. We moved the garage forward and created a Master Suite on the back using part of the old garage and two small rooms. The result an updated beautiful house that a young couple starting a family now call home.
This 1950s Suburban home a few blocks from Belmar was severely outdated and needed TLC and updates. It was a 2 bedroom on the main level and 2 non-conforming beds in the basement with 2 baths. We updated everything and made 2 beds on the main floor (one being a Master Suite), 2 beds in the basement (one was made into a conforming bedroom by adding an egress window) and 3 baths.
